What is VOA Burmese calling ULA/AA which is accepted by the people of Rakhine as their de-facto government?
It is using ရခိုင်လက်နက်ကိုင် - literally meaning Rakhine Armed Group in Burmese.
For the rest of all other EAOs in Myanmar, VOA Burmese is using their official names.
By not using ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော် which is the official title, VOA Burmese is committing bias and disinformation as opposed to practicing news media ethics and fairness.
